Privacy Policy

Information we receive

ServiceBased receives contact details, date of birth, identity documents, proof of address, account and verification information, and correspondence needed for the service. We do not request Social Security numbers. Bank information is not required for onboarding, verification gift cards or activation. After onboarding, our team may request bank account and routing details only when necessary to arrange an available additional payment, with an explanation of the purpose. Information previously supplied may remain in existing records until removed.

How we use and share it

We use information for authorized account setup and management, verification, support, rewards and available payments, and handling your requests. We do not sell personal information. We share information with the account providers involved in your authorized service and with providers that operate our storage, communications and service tools, including GoHighLevel. We may also disclose information when legally required. Internally, information is used by authorized personnel who need it to provide the service.

Provider identity checks

Some documents are submitted by our team; other verification steps are completed directly by you through a provider's link, including ID uploads and selfies. Information received directly by that provider is governed by its own privacy policy. Removal of ServiceBased's copies does not automatically remove the provider's copies.

Storage and removal requests

Information can be held in contact records, form submissions, emails and text-message history. Submitting bank details to a provider does not automatically erase copies in those records. We retain information only as needed for the service, necessary records or legal requirements. Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity. Our team will respond within 30 days, or sooner when required by law. If information must be retained, or a separate provider request is needed, we will explain why and the next steps. This response target is not a guarantee that every provider will delete its copies within 30 days.

Communications and mobile information

We use your contact details for service communications. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent for third parties' own advertising. Providers supporting our communications may process this information to deliver the service. SMS consent is optional; reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Website technology and updates

Website service providers may process technical information, such as browser/device data and cookies, when you use their services. We will disclose changes to information collection or sharing and provide any required consent choices before adding advertising tracking.
